What makes a Rust server a community server?

It is player-run and listed under Rust's Community tab, with no official support and no modded changes to core survival like gather rates, loot or stack sizes. The owner still decides team limit, map and wipe day. That mix is why clans use these servers for a long wipe you can plan ahead.

Can a community server have no team limit?

Yes. The owner sets it, and many leave it at 8 or higher. On this page a blank Group cell means the limit is 8 or above, which is where a large zerg fits. If you see solo, duo, trio or quad, that server is sized for a smaller group and a clan will not fit.

How often do community servers wipe?

The owner chooses, so it varies from weekly to monthly and some publish nothing at all. The Next wipe column here estimates from the server's recent behaviour rather than a promise. On top of that, every Rust server resets at the monthly force update on the first Thursday.

Why are aim training, build and battle royale servers missing here?

They are community tab servers but they do not play vanilla survival, so they are filtered out of this list. That leaves the survival servers where a clan can build up and fight over a full wipe. Look for those modes on their own pages if that is what you want.
